Hayley joined the Madeleine Milburn Agency in 2016 and was named a Rising Star in The Bookseller in 2019. In 2022, she became a Trailblazer Award Winner for her innovation, creativity and passion in publishing.

After graduating from Loughborough University with a First Class Honours in English, Hayley worked at five of the top UK literary agencies before an esteemed PR agency, where she was shortlisted for a PPC Award for her work promoting bestselling authors.

Hayley will be with us as part of writers’ day, and will also be offering up to 10 pitch slots to local authors who are looking for representation with an aim towards publication.
